ParkGate Fundraising, LLC, led by the highly experienced team of Robert T. Angeletti and Roy P. Wheeler Jr., offers high-quality fundraising consulting services with the goal of helping organizations raise funds in an efficient and highly professional manner, while generating new and sustainable income streams, more energy and greater enthusiasm for the organizational mission over the long term. 

Bob Angeletti and Roy Wheeler have a combined 55-year record of successful fundraising consulting experience with many nonprofit organizations. Their team will help you set realistic fundraising goals and work closely with you to establish the process necessary to meet those goals.

Managing Partner

Roy P. Wheeler Jr.

Roy Wheeler is a fundraising professional with more than 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and directing innovative fundraising initiatives for nonprofit and non-governmental organizations based in the United States and Canada. Roy has raised nearly $800 million for diverse organizations including Boys & Girls Clubs of America, CARE, Habitat for Humanity, YMCAs, religious, educational, healthcare and educational organizations as well as various civic and social service groups. 

Roy has served as an executive director for Community Counselling Services, LLC, one of the largest and most recommended fundraising consulting companies in the world before serving as Executive Vice President and Director of Campaign Operations for Custom Development Solutions, Inc. (CDS) for more than 10 years. Roy’s responsibilities included business development, client relations, supervision, and managing fundraising initiatives for a variety of organizations. Roy has developed innovative plans and professional development regimens that are widely in use today.

Managing Partner

Robert T. Angeletti

Robert Angeletti has served as a professional fundraising consultant for nearly 40 years, raising more than $500 million for charitable causes. Robert has directed a number of significant and innovative fundraising programs that now serve as models for major-gift oriented campaigns across the United States, including The Parish Campaign, a $100 million campaign for the R.C. Archdiocese of New York. In addition, Robert has worked with a wide variety of other parishes, schools, hospitals, associations, and agencies throughout the United States, Canada and Ireland.  

Robert is currently working with St. Francis Preparatory School in Queens, New York—the largest, private Catholic high school in the nation—and oversees their extensive fundraising development and communications operation. He guided the Prep in its 150th Anniversary Campaign and currently directs the follow-up Campaign Stage II program, the largest and most significant fundraising initiatives in the school’s history. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of his alma mater, Salesian High School in New Rochelle, New York.

James E. Buggy

Jim Buggy has served as a fundraising professional for more than 35 years. He has worked with a cross section of clients as a consultant and staff member, raising more than $500 million for capital, annual fund, planned giving and special events projects. 

Jim has designed and directed fundraising campaigns, advised on board development and strategic planning and has been a trusted advisor for organizations undergoing growth or in transformation. He has worked with organizations within the faith, education, healthcare and human services sectors in territories such as Connecticut, New York, Florida, Maryland, Rhode Island, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Managing Director

Patrick D. Kellogg, M. Ed

Patrick D. Kellogg has served as a professional fundraising leader for nearly 30 years and has participated in campaigns totaling more than $4 billion for myriad causes; including education, faith-based, arts and human service organizations.

Patrick specializes in pre-campaign organizational planning and feasibility studies to ensure readiness and success for any large or small fundraising effort. Patrick excels at building campaigns from the ground up with proven strategies and techniques to secure transformational gifts. Working with trustees, staff and donors, Patrick’s approach seeks to foster a “culture of philanthropy” that will leave a lasting positive impact on current and future fundraising potential.
